Trenton Roberts
Trenton ‘Trent’ Roberts is a Managing Partner at Roberts & Willie, PLLC. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, he began his career at Latham & Watkins, LLP, one of the nation’s leading law firms, where he developed deep experience in corporate, tax, and finance law.
Trent now brings large‑firm sophistication to a boutique practice, advising banking and private equity clients on hundreds of M&A and other complex transactions. He has been recognized as a ‘Rising Star’ by SuperLawyers in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2025.”

Matthew Willie
Matthew ‘Matt’ Willie is a Managing Partner at Roberts & Willie, PLLC. A summa cum laude graduate of BYU Law School, he began his career at Latham & Watkins, LLP, where he specialized in high-value energy acquisitions and complex private equity transactions.
Matt now brings his extensive background in the energy industry and corporate law to a boutique setting, representing clients in large-scale divestitures and title matters. Alongside Trent, he leads a dedicated team processing hundreds of sophisticated agreements monthly. He also currently serves as general counsel to a prominent oil and gas company.

Spencer Kendrick
Spencer Kendrick is a partner at Roberts & Willie, PLLC, focused on closing commercial loan transactions on behalf of lender-clients and on advising on real estate and private equity transactions.
Spencer is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. His attention to detail and deep understanding of real property, enables him to efficiently advise lending, real estate and private equity clients on behalf of Roberts & Willie, PLLC's clients.
