Since Roberts & Willie, PLLC's founding in 2015, we have been known as the corporate boutique that offers fixed fees for both large and small businesses. In fact, since its founding (and still to this day), the firm has carried out purchases and sales of small businesses between family members or close friends at a rate of $5,000. Of course, highly-negotiated or more complex transactions incur larger fees, but the ethos is the same. We do not want the complexity of the law to be the factor that causes businesses to stop functioning or to shut down, rather than being passed onto another owner.
