Following Catherine Peters' graduation from The University of Houston Law Center, she began work at Roberts & Willie, PLLC. Catherine is an associate focused on loan closing transactions, company formation, drafting and negotiating of master services agreements, and counseling our clients through corporate governance and organization issues.

Catherine is also one of our lead attorneys of our commercial lending practice. She brings a wealth of experience after acting as lead attorney on a number of commercial lending matters, including representation of regional and national banks, corporate borrowers, and private-equity backed lenders. She is especially experienced at counseling lenders in making portfolio loans to landlords of commercial and residential properties.
